The SUPERPROMO Comfort Room had a beautifully furnished design with large windows that let in plenty of light. I loved the extra touches like the quality chocolates and Clarins toiletries, making the stay feel a bit more special.
The absence of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable during the hot weather, and the noise from traffic on the street side was a nuisance. finding decent parking can be a challenge when the hotel is busy, and the music from the shop below was annoyingly loud in my room during the afternoon, which disrupted my relaxation. Lastly, the restaurant, while generally good, occasionally misses the mark, especially on quieter nights, which is a bit frustrating.

Highly recommend it for families
We had a family of 4, and the 2 connected rooms were perfect. The indoor playroom kept the kids entertained while we relaxed and enjoyed our meals. The hotel was a true home away from home.
A bit on the pricey side, but honestly, worth it.
